HELP AND INFORMATION

AMAZON, EBAY, EBID AND ALL OTHER ONLINE AUCTION SITES.
We do not supply any customers who intend to list our items on Amazon Marketplace.
We will not supply any new customers who intend to list our goods on eBay, eBid or any other online auction site.
Customers that are already on our ebay seller list (entry to the list is now closed) may list our items on eBay, eBid or any other online auction site apart from those items on our "Restricted Items" list.
Any attempt to list these products on Ebay will be in breach of our terms of supply and infringing on our intellectual design rights as protected by our registered trademarks. Any violation will result in closure of account and in extreme cases of infringement of our registered trademark legal action will ensue.

DESCRIPTION
Descriptions are based on our own interpretation, as are names of ranges.
If you click on a product you will be able to see it in greater detail and where possible, measurements.
All product images are taken in-house and are of the actual products. However, due to various screen limitations and personal PC settings, there may be slight colour variation.
It is also possible that further deliveries of stock may vary in colour, assortment and packaging. If this occurs we will try to inform you when you place your order and update our pictures to reflect changes.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
All products have a minimum order quantity as shown next to the item. Products can only be ordered in multiples of the minimum quantity. If you add a quantity to the basket that is not within that criteria a message will appear asking you to correct before proceeding.
Break price (discounted price) applies when selecting a higher quantity. This quantity is individual to each product and is clearly stated.

AVAILABILITY
While every effort is made to have stock of popular lines, occasionally an item may be out of stock due to demand.

PRICE
All prices quoted in £ sterling, excluding VAT

DELIVERY CHARGES
For destinations within mainland Britain:
Minimum carriage paid order is £300
Orders under this amount will be charged at a minimum of £15 per consignment.
Please note: minimum carriage paid order value excludes VAT.

For delivery to the Isle of Wight, Eire, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands
Minimum carriage paid order is £750.
Orders under this amount will be charged at a minimum of £50 per consignment.

EXPORT
Items are Ex works (transport cost to customer)
Please inform us at the time of placing an order your nominated Shipper details.
For smaller orders we may be able to arrange shipment with the UK Postal service (Europe Only) you will need to contact us in advance for a price

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
We have an arrangement with an Australian distributor, who will handle all sales to Australia and New Zealand.

ACCOUNT CUSTOMER
Approved Credit Account Customers are expected to settle invoices within 30 days.

All goods remain the property of Rex International Ltd until fully paid for. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts in accordance with Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulation 2002.

NEW CUSTOMERS AND PROFORMA
All new customers are required to fill in a new customer registration form.
Customers who wish to apply for 30 days credit must also fill in the trade references section.
Please note: this process can take several weeks depending on how quickly references are received and their relevance to the giftware trade.

If you do not wish to have credit terms you will still need to complete a new account registration form. Please email  web-enquiries@rexinter.com to request this form.

If credit terms do not apply the following payment methods are possible:
