I can not see the prices.
You will not be able to see our price list if you only have a guest account.
You will need to apply for a full trading account to have access to our price list and be able to place orders online. You can apply by downloading a new accounts form from the home page.

Do I have to be Trade to use the website?
YES. We are a wholesale company. We will only sell goods to customers for the purpose of reselling.
We will close any account or registration that does not fit the criteria immediately. We will also exclude that IP address from further access if we believe that incorrect details have been entered for the purpose of deception.
The exception to this rule are props buyers. In which case we will need to see relevant documentation to assure us of their credentials.

I can not remember my password.
No problem. Click on the “ forgot password” link. You will be sent a reminder email

Is this your entire range or do you have a catalogue?
Our entire range is on the website. We have a limited print run once a year of a printed catalogue. The catalogue will only feature the most recent additions to the range about 500 lines as opposed to our online range of 3,000 to 4,000.

Will I receive my whole order?
All stock on the website is clearly marked as to its availability.
Your basket will display your "in stock" order value. Carriage is charged or free according to our delivery terms, See help and info. It is possible the stock position and your order may on occasion vary from the time the order is placed to the order being processed.

What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days of the receipt of order.
For orders to Eire allow 7 working days.

How do I track my order once it's been placed?
We will send you an email to confirm the order has been dispatched.

I have a damaged / missing item
All claims must be submitted in writing.
Please email michel@rexinter.com with a list of damages /missings and we will contact you.

AMAZON, EBAY, EBID AND ALL OTHER ONLINE AUCTION SITES.
We will not supply any customers who intend to list our items on Amazon Marketplace.
We will not supply any new customers who intend to list our goods on eBay, eBid or any other online auction site.
Customers that are already on our ebay seller list (entry to the list is now closed) may list our items on eBay, eBid or any other online auction site apart from those items on our "Restricted Items" list.
Any attempt to list these products on Ebay will be in breach of our terms of supply and infringing on our intellectual design rights as protected by our registered trademarks. Any violation will result in closure of account and in extreme cases of infringement of our registered trademark legal action will ensue.
